At INDUPLAST you will find new, sustainable adhesive tape solutions. What does sustainable mean? This varies greatly depending on the product alternative. In our current INDU-green adhesive tape range, we process adhesive tape with a high proportion of recycled material, adhesive tape made from renewable raw materials, adhesive tape made from biodegradable materials and single-material solutions suitable for single-sort recycling.
We currently offer sustainable adhesive tape solutions in the following areas: Packaging tape, paper, crepe and masking tapes, EasyPackers®, FoodPackers®, security tape and filament tape.<
The range is constantly being expanded and we are constantly testing new variants and processes in collaboration with our partners.

It is not just the material itself that is environmentally relevant – the processes along the entire value chain are too. For example, the type of adhesive coating and the handling of ink residues in the printing process (recycling instead of disposal), new ink formulations, logistics (we work almost exclusively with partners from Germany and the surrounding European region) and much more also contribute to acting sustainably.
We offer sustainable paper adhesive tapes in a variety of qualities and colors: brown, white, pure white. The paper backing material comes from controlled sources and sustainable forestry (FSC®, FSC®-Mix, PEFC, etc.) and is elemental chlorine-free bleached (ECF).
The adhesive coatings are based on renewable raw materials (natural rubber adhesive) or solvent-free (hot melt adhesive). To increase tear resistance, sustainable paper tapes can be reinforced with plant-based threads (linen threads). The adhesive tape can be processed manually or by machine.
The PLA tape has good adhesive strength and high temperature resistance (-30 to +70°C). It is robust and yet can be torn off by hand. Available in standard and special dimensions, individually printable.
The backing material of the adhesive tape is made from recycled PET bottles. The recycled content of these carrier films is 70-95%, depending on the quality version.
There are qualities with extremely thin yet robust film carriers (material-saving and more running meters per roll) as well as standard thicknesses.
Suitable for packaging light to medium-weight cardboard packaging.

Non-adhesive banding on kraft paper backing for direct contact with food. The backing material is made from renewable raw materials. The paper sleeve can be recycled as paper by reducing the plastic content to less than 5%. The PP foam sleeve can be recycled as plastic.
Printable in up to 7 colors (incl. CMYK), the paper banding is an alternative wherever the use of renewable raw materials is important.
In addition to machine processing and application using a dispenser, this quality can also be torn by hand. A clear advantage when it comes to saving time during the manual bundling process.
Paper adhesive tape reinforced with glass fibers in the longitudinal direction in brown and natural white with a strong solvent-free hot melt adhesive as a more sustainable option for the solid packaging of medium and heavy packaged goods.
Paper adhesive tape reinforced with glass fibers in the longitudinal and transverse direction in brown and natural white with a strongly adhesive solvent-free hot melt adhesive as a more sustainable option for the solid packaging of heavy packaged goods.
Security adhesive tape on a kraft paper carrier material as a more sustainable version with an adhesive coating suitable for bonding to cardboard/paper and films.
