This christmas card is the result of INDUPLAST “school project – tape art 2015” – creation of x-mas cards with self adhesive tapes.
In October and November 2015 children of two schools in Bocholt/Germany have created christmas cards using INDUPLAST self adhesive tapes. Pupils attending the German third and fourth class of elementary school participated in this “tape-art-project” organized by INDUPLAST.
They had a great time and enjoyed using this new material to create pictures . To stick pictures with adhesive tapes is different from drawing them, but the pupils got along quite well with this new technique. Every child could experience and express itself in a free way and so the motifs and pictures are quite different – going from typial x-mas motifs like stars, x-mas trees, angels to more abstract versions of x-mas themes. Looking at the results it was not easy to choose the motifs for the INDUPLAST christmas card. Anyway, everybody participating in this project got a prize and INDUPLAST offered a donation to each school.
